Pay Dues

Members may pay their dues electronically or send a check through the regular mail. Instructions are below. Annual dues for Active Members include registration for the Annual Meeting and the evening dinner. Senior Member (Age >60-70 years) dues include registration for the Annual Meeting, with an additional fee for attending the evening dinner. Emeritus Members (Age >70) are required to pay dues only if attending the dinner. 

Please note that members are limited to one guest for dinner, who must be a partner/spouse.

2.  Please complete payment via the Paypal link below. 

To pay by check:

1.  Complete the membership data form electronically.

2.  Mail check payable to Surgical Biology Club II to the attention of:
