Officers and Board of Directors

Officers

The officers of SBCII include a President of the Board who serves a one year term and is elected by the Board.  A Secretary-Treasurer serves a three-year term, renewable for an additional three-year term. A Secretary-Treasurer Elect will serve a one-year term prior to assuming the role of Secretary-Treasurer. Members of the Board of Directors are elected by the membership and serve a five-year term.
